Request the deletion of your personal data from our services.
Your right to data deletion
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. This includes any data collected through our websites, digital marketing and technology services, and any social media accounts you have connected so we can publish on your behalf.
What data we can delete
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove:
- Your contact and account information (name, email, login credentials)
- Social media access tokens and connected account details
- Content we have created for you (post ideas, images, videos) associated with your account
- Scheduled posts and posting history
- Client profiles and website analysis data
- Any other personal data we hold about you
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, please contact us using one of the following methods:
Option 1: email us
Send an email to hello@alphahealthtech.co.uk with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The social media accounts you connected (if applicable)
Option 2: contact form
Use our contact form, choose "Something else" and mention data deletion in your message. Provide the same details listed above.
What happens after your request
- Acknowledgement: we will acknowledge your request within one business day.
- Verification: we may need to verify your identity to process the request.
- Processing: your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
- Confirmation: we will send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
Disconnecting social media accounts
If you only wish to revoke our access to your social media accounts without deleting all your data, email us and we will disconnect them. This will:
- Revoke our access to your social media accounts
- Delete stored access tokens
- Stop any scheduled posts from being published
You can also revoke access directly from your social media platform settings:
- Facebook: Settings > Security > Apps and Websites
- Instagram: Settings > Security > Apps and Websites
- LinkedIn: Settings > Data Privacy > Permitted Services
