Alpha Health Tech Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our website and services. We design and build websites and provide digital marketing and technology services for UK community pharmacies and health clinics; where we manage social media publishing on a client's behalf, this policy also covers the accounts you connect for that work.

We are registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 48 Fentham Road, Hampton-in-Arden, B92 0AY, United Kingdom.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information:

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Name and email address when you contact us or become a client
  • Social media account credentials and access tokens when you connect your accounts so we can publish on your behalf (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Content you supply or ask us to create and publish for you (text, images, videos)
  • Business information such as your pharmacy or clinic name, website URL and branding details

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Log data including IP address, browser type and access times
  • Usage data about how you interact with our services
  • Device information including operating system and device identifiers

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Social media profile information when you connect your accounts via OAuth (name, profile picture, page/organisation details)
  • Website content when you ask us to review or analyse a site (publicly available information only)

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate and maintain our services, including designing, building and maintaining your website
  • Create social media content and publish it to your connected accounts on your behalf, where that forms part of your marketing service
  • Schedule and manage your social media posts
  • Analyse your website content to plan relevant posts and campaigns
  • Improve and develop our services
  • Communicate with you about updates, support and service-related matters
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Social media data

When you connect your social media accounts, we access and store:

  • Facebook/Instagram: page access tokens, page IDs, page names and Instagram business account details. We use these to publish content to your pages on your behalf.
  • LinkedIn: access tokens, organisation IDs and organisation names. We use these to publish content to your company pages on your behalf.

We do not access your personal messages, friend lists or private content. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to post content on your behalf.

5. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: third-party services that help us deliver our work (for example, hosting providers and AI services used in content production)
  • Social media platforms: when you authorise us to post content on your behalf
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation or legal process

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as we provide services to you or as needed to deliver our work. Social media access tokens are stored for the duration of their validity period. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see section 8).

7. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Request erasure of your personal data
  • Restrict or object to processing of your data
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
